介孔负载维生素B1催化合成双糠醛

摘 要:通过自制氧化硅介孔材料,采用浸渍蒸发法制得介孔负载维生素B1催化剂,并应用于糠醛催化合成双糠醛。产物双糠醛采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、紫外光谱表征。实验结果表明催化剂制备简单、催化活性高、产品收率高、后处理简便、无三废污染、符合节能环保、绿色催化的要求。

Catalytic Synthesis of Furoin by Mesoporous Supported Vitamin-B1

Abstract:Mesoporous supported vitamin-B1 was prepared from mesoporous oxide silicon via immersion-evaporation method, and the synthesis of furoin was studied using the self-prepared mesoporous material VB1 as catalyst in this paper. The product was identified by IR, 1H NMR and UV. The experimental results showed that preparation of mesoporous-VB1 catalyst was simple, high activity of catalyst, good repeatability, high yield, convenient to final treatment and no-pollution of three wastes, which met the requirements of energy saving and environment protection as well as green catalysis.
