2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶精制工艺研究 |

| 摘 要：针对工业生产上采用二次蒸馏法精制2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶存在的主要问题，通过优化精制工艺，使合成的总收率达到了74%。与原有工艺相比，合成总收率提高了7%，减少了废渣的排放，有效地降低了生产成本。 |

| A Study on the Refining Technology of 2-Chlor-5-chlormethylpyridine |

| Abstract：An effective improvement was studied to increase the reaction conversion to 74% by crystallization at low temperature due to the fact that there existed the main problems in twice distillation refining technique of 2-chlor-5-Chlormethylpyridine. The results indicated that the reaction conversion increased by 7% compared with the original technology，and meanwhile reduced the production cost .The new method had an obvious economic and social benefits，and was worthy of extensions and applications. |
