2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶精制工艺研究

摘 要:针对工业生产上采用二次蒸馏法精制2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶存在的主要问题,通过优化精制工艺,使合成的总收率达到了74%。与原有工艺相比,合成总收率提高了7%,减少了废渣的排放,有效地降低了生产成本。

A Study on the Refining Technology of 2-Chlor-5-chlormethylpyridine

Abstract:An effective improvement was studied to increase the reaction conversion to 74% by crystallization at low temperature due to the fact that there existed the main problems in twice distillation refining technique of 2-chlor-5-Chlormethylpyridine. The results indicated that the reaction conversion increased by 7% compared with the original technology,and meanwhile reduced the production cost .The new method had an obvious economic and social benefits,and was worthy of extensions and applications.
