1-(2-氯苯基)-5(4H)-四唑啉酮气相色谱法的分析研究

摘 要:用 5 %OV - 17,长度为 2m的玻璃填充柱 ,以硝基苯为内标物 ,在 140℃柱温下 ,用FID检测器对 1 (2 氯苯基 ) 5 (4H ) 四唑啉酮进行定量分析。该方法变异系数为0 2 2 % ,平均回收率 99 8% ,线性相关系数为 0 99998

Analysis of 1-(2-Chlorophenyl)-5(4H)-tetrazolinone by Gas Chomatography

Abstract:chlorophenyl) 5(4H) tetrazolinone was analyzed by gas chomatography with flame ionization detection on Φ2.5mm×2m 5% OV-17/Gas chromosorb W HP (0.147~0.175mm) packed column. The column temperature was 140℃. The ionization temperature was 240℃ and the detection temperature was 240℃. The linear relationship of this method was very good. The standard deviated and viation coefficient were 0.21% and 0.22% respectively.
