丙酮二羧酸及其衍生物的合成研究

摘 要:丙酮二羧酸及其衍生物是重要的医药中间体,以无水柠檬酸为原料经氧化脱羧得到丙酮二羧酸,再经酯化和硼氢化钾还原反应制备得到3-羟基戊二酸二乙酯,总收率94%,纯度98.5%。 关键词:无水柠檬酸;氯磺酸;丙酮二羧酸;还原;合成

Synthesis of 1,3-Acetone Dicarboxylic Acid and Its Derivatives

Abstract:1,3-Acetone dicarboxylic acid and its derivatives were important intermediates for drug synthesis. In this paper diethyl 3-oxopentanedioate was synthesized using anhydrous citric acid as starting material,then reacted with ethanol to produce diethyl 3-oxopentanedioate. The ester product was reduced by KBH4 to afford diethyl 3-hydroxypentanedioate,the total yield was 94% and the purity was 98.5%.
