高纯超细草酸亚铁的制备研究 |

摘 要:以硫酸亚铁和草酸为原料,通过添加分散助剂,制备了高纯超细草酸亚铁产品,并研究了分散剂浓度、硫酸亚铁浓度、加料时间、反应温度等对粒径的影响。优化工艺条件为:分散剂浓度20%~25%(m/m),硫酸铁浓度220 g/L,反应温度30℃,加料时间20~30 min,在此条件下产品粒径小于3.0 μm、纯度大于99.5%。 |

Abstract:The ultrafine high-purity ferrous oxalate was prepared from ferrous sulphate and oxalic acid using dispersion agents.The effect of the factors on particle size was investigated,and the optimal conditions were obtained as follow:dispersion agent concentration 20%~25%(m/m),reaction temperature 30℃,ferrous sulphate concentration 220 g/L,feeding time 20~30 min. Under the optimum conditions,the particle size and purity of the product was less than 3.0 μm and 99.5%,respectively. |
