(S)-2-氯丙酸溶解度参数的估算与萃取剂的选择 |

摘 要:以基团法估算出(S)-2-氯丙酸的溶解度参数为11.3,根据溶解度参数相近的原则初选出能萃取(S)-2-氯丙酸的溶剂,分别萃取(S)-2-氯丙酸;采用气相色谱法分析了各萃取剂中(S)-2-氯丙酸的质量浓度,据此求出了各萃取剂的表观分配系数,结果表明乙酸乙酯和二氯甲烷为(S)-2-氯丙酸适宜的萃取剂。 |

Estimation of Solubility Parameter and Selection of Extraction Agent for(S)-2-Chloropropinoic Acid |

Abstract:The group contribution method was applied to estimate the solubility parameter of(S)-2-chloropropanoic acid. According to the similarity rule of solubility parameter,the possible extraction agents for(S)-2-chloropropanoic acid were selected. The concentrations of(S)-2-chloropropionic acid in different extraction agents were analyzed by gas chromatography,and the apparent partition coefficient of each extraction agent was calculated. The results showed that ethyl acetate and dichloromethane were the best extraction agents for (S)-2-chloropropanoic acid. |
