溶剂法合成2-羟基-1-萘甲酸的工艺研究

摘 要:以β-萘酚和氢氧化钠为原料,正辛烷为溶剂,合成了2-羟基-1-萘甲酸,纯度达98%以上。通过正交实验研究了反应压力、反应温度和反应时间对收率的影响,确定了优化的工艺条件:反应压力0.8 MPa,反应温度90℃,反应时间8 h,该条件下收率达82.83%。

Study on Synthesis Process of 2-Hydroxy-1-naphthoic Acid by Solvent

Abstract:2-Hydroxy-1-naphthoic acid was prepared from β-naphthol and sodium hydroxide in n-octane,and its purity was up to 98%. The effects of the reaction pressure,temperature and time on the yield of the product were investigated by orthogonal test,and the optimal conditions were obtained. Under the optimum conditions such as:reaction pressure 0.8 MPa,reaction temperature 90℃ and reaction time 8 h,the yield of the product was 82.83%.
