诺拉曲特(Nolatrexed)合成工艺的研究进展

摘 要:诺拉曲特(Nolatrexed)是一种新型的、水溶性的、非经典的高效胸苷酸合成酶(TS)抑制剂,其合成工艺的研究近年来受到广泛关注。笔者介绍了目前国内外该化合物合成工艺的最新进展,分析了各合成工艺的优缺点,并对其合成工艺的发展作了展望。

Abstract:Nolatrexed is a new non-classical,water-soluble and high-efficient thymidylate synthase(TS)inhibitor. and has now been attracting great attentions. The latest progress in the synthetic technology of nolatrexed was reviewed in the paper. The merits and limitations of every synthetic technology were analyzed. The prospect and future development trend of the synthetic technology of nolatrexed were proposed as well.
