催化加氢法绿色合成N-(3-氨基-4-甲氧基苯基)乙酰胺

摘 要:N-(3-氨基-4-甲氧基苯基)乙酰胺是生产偶氮型分散染料的一类重要中间体。现有的工业生产方法仍全部采用铁粉还原。笔者开发了一种高效的Pd/C催化剂,分别选用甲醇和水作为反应溶剂,实现了高活性、高选择性和高稳定性地催化加氢制备N-(3-氨基-4-甲氧基苯基)乙酰胺。为了抑制原料和产物在水溶液中的副反应,添加少量碱性助剂可以提高目标产物的选择性,最高达到99.3%。

Catalytic Hydrogenation for the Green Synthesis of N-(3-Amino-4-methoxyphenyl)acetamide

Abstract:N-(3-Amino-4-methoxyphenyl)acetamide is an important intermediate for the production of azo disperse dyes,while it is still produced by reduction with iron powder in industry currently. A novel Pd/C catalyst with high activity,high selectivity and good stability developed by our group was used for the hydrogenation of N-(3-nitro-4-methoxyphenyl)acetamide into N-(3-amino-4-methoxyphenyl)acetamide in methanol and water,respectively. The hydrolyzations of reactant and product were decreased in the presence of little basic agent,and the selectivity of 99.3% can be obtained.
