癸二腈加氢制癸二胺的工艺研究

摘 要:对癸二胺产品传统加氢工艺进行了研究,探讨在反应中影响选择性及收率的原因,优化了工艺条件:温度70~90℃,压力1.5~2.5 MPa,催化剂雷尼镍5%~10%(m/m,以癸二腈计),氢氧化钾0.05%~0.5%(m/m,以癸二腈计),v(癸二腈)∶v[乙醇(90%~95%,v/v)]=1∶1。并按优化工艺条件进行了工业化放大生产,产品含量>99.7%,收率>97.5%(n/n),较传统加氢工艺高3%~4%。

Hydrogenation Process of Sebacicdinitrile to Diaminodecane

Abstract:1,10-Diaminodecane was prepared from sebacia dinitrile via the traditional hydrogenation process,and factors affecting reaction selectivity and yield rate were investigated. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follow:temperature 70~90℃,pressure 1~2.5 MPa,5%~10% Raney Nickel catalyst(m∶m,based on sebacic dinitrile),KOH amount,0.05%~0.5%(m∶m,based on sebacic dinitrile),and 1∶1 molar ratio of sebacic dianitrile and ethanol(90%~95%,v∶v). The optimized process conditions has been approved to be successful in the industrialized production,with product purity over 99.7%,and yield rate over 97.5%(n∶n),which was 3%~4% higher than the traditional hydrogenation process.
