HPLC法测定环合反应液中的呋喃酚

摘 要:采用Aglient Hc-C8 5 μm 150 mm×4.6 mm色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%乙酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,280 nm为检测波长,建立了测定环合反应液中呋喃酚含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。在进样量为8.0~24.0 μg的范围内线性关系良好(Y=464.539 4X+56.170 2,r=0.999 9),RSD 0.5%,回收率99.6%~100.5%,分析周期为30 min。方法快速、简便、准确,可用于环合反应中的呋喃酚质量控制。

Determination of 2,3-Dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-7-hydroxybenzofuranol in Cyclizing Solution by HPLC

Abstract:A HPLC method was established for determination of 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-7-hydroxybenzofuranol in cyclization solution. The HPLC system consisted of Aglient Hc-C8 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),methanol﹕0.2% acetic acid solution as mobile phase for gradient elution at flow rate of 1 mL/min,the detective wavelength 280 nm,and column temperature 30℃. The result showed that the peak area(Y)of 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-7-hydroxybenzofuranol had a good linear correlation with the injection mass(x)in the range of 8.0~24.0 μg,and its linear equation was Y=464.5394X+56.170 2,r=0.999 9,RSD was 0.5%,recovery was 99.6%~100.5%,and analysis period was 30 min. The method was proved to be sensitive,fast and accurate,and could be suitable to the quality control of 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-7-hydroxy -benzofuranol in cyclizing solution .
