邻硝基苯甲醛合成工艺研究

摘 要:以邻硝基苯甲醇为原料 ,经铜胺配合物催化氧化得目标产物。合成的工艺条件为 :氧化剂摩尔比 ,n (对硝基苯甲醇 )∶n (CuCl)∶n (邻菲咯啉 )∶n (肼二甲酸二乙酯 )∶n(K2 CO3) =1∶0 .0 5∶0 .0 5∶0 .0 5∶2 ,氧化温度 78~ 82℃ ,氧化时间 3h。邻硝基苯甲醛收率为74 1%。催化剂可回收经简单处理后重复利用

Synthesis of Nitrobenzaldehydes

Abstract:2 Nitrobenzyl alcohols were oxidized to 2 nitrobenzaldehydes via copper catalyzed air oxidation. This represents a new and facile route to the nitrobenzaldehydes. Optimum reaction conditions were as follow: the oxidition molar ratio of nitrobenzaldechol∶CuCl∶DEAD∶o phenanthroline∶K 2CO 3 was 1∶0.05∶0.05∶2, reaction temperature 78~82℃, reaction time 3 h. The overall yield of 2 nitrobenzaldehyde was 74.1%. And the catalyst can be recycled.
