邻氯苄醇的制备

摘 要:以邻氯苯甲醛为原料,在乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,用硼氢化钾还原得到了合格的邻氯苄醇,工艺路线简单,收率90%以上。同时考察了各种影响因素。适宜的工艺条件为:n(硼氢化钾)∶n(邻氯苯甲醛)=0.3∶1,v(水)∶v(95%乙醇)=1∶2.7,反应温度为10~35℃。

Synthesis of o-Chlorobenzyl Alcohol

Abstract:o-Chlorobenzyl alcohol was prepared from o-chlorobenzaldehyde in 95% yield in the mixture of alcohol and water via reduction by potassium borohydride. Optimum conditions were obtained as follows: mole ratio of potassium borohydride to o-chlorobenzaldehyde(n/n)0.3/1,water to alcohol(95%)(v/v)1/2.7,temperature 10~35℃.
