摘　要：研究了用反相高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定茶皂素含量的方法，以VP-ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm，C18，5 μm）作分析柱，以甲醇-水（v∶v=9∶1）作流动相，流速控制在1.0 mL／min，检测波长280 nm，以质量浓度为横坐标，峰面积为纵坐标，得到工作曲线为Y=3.02×106X－1.16×104，线性相关系数为0.999 5。回收率为97.02%～102.82%。通过反相高效液相色谱法测定茶籽饼中粗茶皂素的含量为11.89%。

Quantitative Analysis of Tea Saponin in Camellia Cake

Abstract：A reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method for determination of tea saponin extracted from tea-seed pancake with Soxhlet was studied. With the column VP-ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm，C18，5 μm) and mobile phase methanol-water（v∶v=9∶1）at flow-rate of 1.0 mL／min，a linear equation was obtained as Y=3.02×106X－1.16×104，where Y represents peak area and X represents mass concentration. Linear correlation coefficient r was 0.999 5. Under these conditions，the recovery rate of tea saponin was 97.02%～102.82%.
