山东鲁山地椒挥发油化学成分的研究 |

摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对山东省沂蒙山区鲁山南麓的地椒全草挥发油化学成分进行了分析鉴定。结果分离鉴定出59种化学成分,其含量占挥发油总量的98.513%。产于山东沂蒙山区鲁山的地椒全草挥发油主要成分为对伞花烃(17.395%)、百里酚(12.207%)、龙脑(12.084%)、香芹酚(9.002%)和松油烯-4-醇(6.323%)等。 |

Abstract:The chemical constitutes of the essential oil of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak. from Lu mount,Yimeng Mountain area,North China were analyzed by using GC-MS. Fifty nine compounds were identified representing 98.513% of the oil components. The main component is p-cymene(17.395%),followed by thymol(12.207%),1-borneol(12.084%),carvacrol(9.002%)and terpenene-4-ol(6.323%). |
