摘　要：系统阐述了头孢药物及其中间体的研发趋势及市场动态。重点关注小头孢和第四代头孢中间体。建议发展头孢药物头孢克洛、头孢克肟和头孢唑兰等，头孢中间体7-苯乙酰胺基-3-氯甲基头孢烷酸对甲氧苄酯、7-氨基-3-氯-3-头孢烯-4-酸、7-氨基-3-乙烯基头孢烷酸及2-甲氧亚氨基-2-（2-氨基-4-噻唑基）-硫代乙酸苯并噻唑酯等。

Recent Advances and Trends of Cephalosporins and Intermediates

Abstract：The recent advances and trends of cephalosporins and their intermediates were reviewed，with focuses on intermediates of small-scale-cephems and the forth generation of cephalosporin. For future development，more concerns are suggested about cephalosporins such as cefaclor，cefixime，cefozopran，and the intermediates such as GCLE，7-ACCA，7-AVCA，2-（2-Amino-4- thiazolyl）-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid thiobenzothiazole ester.
