2-(2-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-氧)苯基)-4,4-二甲基异噁唑-3-酮的合成 |

摘 要:以邻甲酚、醋酸酐、4,4-二甲基异噁唑-3-酮、4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺酰基嘧啶为原料,经乙酰化、溴化、N-烷基化、醚化4步反应合成了标题化合物2-(2-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-氧)苯基)-4,4-二甲基异噁唑-3-酮,收率42.4%,化合物结构采用1H NMR、IR、元素分析表征。 |

Abstract:The title compound 2-(2-(4,6-dimethyloxypyrimidine-2-oxy))- 4,4-dimethylisoxazol-3-one was synthesized in an overall yield of 42.4% in four reaction steps including acylation,bromination,N-methylation, and aetheration using o-methylphenol,acetic anhydride,4,4-dimethylisoxazol-3-one and 4,6-dimethyloxy-2-(methylsulfonyl)pyrimidine as the starting materials. The structure of the product was identified by using 1H NMR,IR and element analysis. |
