化橘红挥发油成分分析研究

摘 要:运用同时蒸馏萃取法提取中药化橘红挥发油成分,毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油成分进行分离,峰面积归一化法定量分析,共分离出143种成分,鉴定出其中的61种成分,其含量占挥发油总量的94.5%。主要成分是:柠檬烯(75.8%)、棕榈酸(3.8%)等。

Studies on Chemical Constituents of Exocarpium Citri Grandis Volatile Oil

Abstract:Simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) was coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)for separation of volatile oil from exocarpium citri grandis,a traditional Chinese medicine. The volatile oil compounds were quantified by the accuracy of area percent. It was separated into 143 components,among which 49 were identified,accounting to about 94.5% of the total volatile oil components. The main components are limonene (75.8%) and palmitic acid (3.8%).
