| Analysis of Regent by HPLC |

| Abstract：The quantitative analysis of regent by HPLC with C 18 column at UV254nm was introduced. The results showed that standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery was 0.03%, 0.6% and 98.7%～100.4%, respectively, linear relative coefficient was 0.9998. |
