摘　要：采用KromasilC18反相柱为色谱柱，乙晴∶水=65∶35（v／v）为流动相，紫外检测器在210 nm对农药乐果中间体-硫磷酯进行高效液相色谱分离和测定。其线性相关系数为0.999 9，变异系数为 0.1%，回收率为99.4%～100.4%。

Determination O，O-Dimethyl-S-（methoxy-carbonymethyl） dithiophosphate by HPLC

Abstract：A method for the determination of O，O-dimethyl-S-（methoxy-carbonymethyl） dithiophosphate by HPLC was described，with Kromasil C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），acetonitrile-water（65 ∶ 35，v／v）as mobile phase and UV detection at wavelength 210 nm. The results showed linear relationship of 0.999 9，the variation coefficient of 0.1%，and the recovery of 99.4%~100.4%.
