2-氨基-5-氯-3-甲基苯甲酸的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以4-氯-2-甲基苯胺为原料，与水合氯醛、盐酸羟胺反应先制得N-（4-氯-2-甲基苯基）-2-（羟胺基）乙酰胺，于浓硫酸中脱水环合生成5-氯-7-甲基靛红，然后在碱性条件下用过氧化氢氧化，制得2-氨基-5-氯-3-甲基苯甲酸，3步反应总收率67%（以4-氯-2-甲基苯胺计）。通过MS和1H NMR对最终产品进行了表征。 |

| Abstract：Starting from 4-chloro-2-methylaniline, 2-amino-5-chloro-3-methylbenzoic acid was synthesized in several steps in an overal yield of 67%. MS and 1H NMR spectra were used for the identification of the target product. |
