非晶态镍合金催化剂加氢合成3,4-二氯苯胺

摘 要:以3,4-二氯硝基苯催化加氢合成3,4-二氯苯胺。比较了Raney Ni、非晶态镍合金、Pd/C等3种催化剂,采用非晶态镍合金作加氢催化剂,转化率和选择性大于99%,脱氯率0.1%,催化剂寿命长,套用15批活性不下降,产品3,4-二氯苯胺含量>99%。

Preparation of 3,4-Dichloroaniline by Catalytic Hydrogenation

Abstract:3,4-Dichloroaniline was prepared from 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene by catalytic hydrogenation. Three kinds of catalysts include Raney-Ni,5% Pa/C and amorphous Ni alloy were investigated. Results showed that with amorphous Ni alloy as the catalyst,the hydrogenation afforded the product in yield and purity both exceeding 99%. The catalyst could be reclaimed for fifteen recycles without loss of activity.
