N-甲基-2-哌啶酮的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以2-哌啶酮为原料，硫酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂，在室温下于丙酮溶剂中进行甲基化反应，得到N-甲基-2-哌啶酮。产品纯度﹥99%（GC），收率87.6%，产品结构经1H NMR确认。考察了反应条件对产品收率的影响，并对其反应机理进行探讨。 |

| Abstract：Methylation of 2-piperidone with dimethyl sulfate （DMS） in acetone at room temperature afforded N-methyl-2-piperidone in 87.6% yield with purity of 99%（GC）. The structure of the product was characterized with 1H NMR. The reaction mechanism and the reaction conditions were discussed. |
