“一锅法”合成2-(氨基甲基)苯酚

摘 要:以氨基酸酯盐酸盐和水杨醛为起始原料,采用分步法与“一锅法”合成2-(N-取代氨基甲基)苯酚(4),并用IR、1H NMR和13C NMR等对产物结构进行了表征。“一锅法”的反应收率比分步法的高,而且“一锅法”操作简单,产生废物少,是合成此类化合物的绿色方法。

One-pot Synthesis of 2-(Aminomethyl)-phenol

Abstract:Four novel 2-(N-substituted aminomethyl) phenols were synthesized from amino acid esters hydrochloride and salicylaldehyde via important intermediate Schiff bases followed by reduction with NaBH4. The structures of the target compounds were determined with IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. Good yield was obtained by“One-pot”synthesis,which was higher than that by“step-by-step”method. It can be concluded that the“One-pot method”is a green route for the preparation of the title compound.
