PW-ZrO2-SiO2催化合成三羟甲基丙烷聚酯增塑剂

摘 要:以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和己二酸(AA)为原料(庚酸为封端剂),采用自制PW-ZrO2-SiO2为催化剂通过聚酯化反应合成TMP聚酯增塑剂。实验表明适宜聚酯化条件为:n(三羟甲基丙烷) ∶ n(己二酸) ∶ n(庚酸)=1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1.2,反应时间1.5 h,带水剂二甲苯的用量为170 mL,催化剂的用量为总反应物的5%,反应温度140~144℃,封端时间为2 h。其结构经红外(FT-IR)、1H NMR谱、13C NMR谱确证。

PW-ZrO2-SiO2 Catalyzed Synthesis of Trimethylolpropan Polyester Plasticizer

Abstract:Heteropoly acid compound PW-ZrO2-SiO2,which was prepared in our laboratory,was used for catalyzing the synthesis of trimethylolpropan (TMP) polyester plasticizer from the reaction of TMP and adipic acid. Heptanoic acid was used as end capping agent. Optimum reaction conditions were achieved as follows:n(TMP)∶n(adipic acid)∶n(heptanoic acid)=1∶1∶1.2,reaction time 1.5 h,catalyst load 5%,temperature 140~144℃. FT-IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR were used for characterizing the structure of the product.
