精盖草能合成工艺的改进

摘 要:以2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶、对苯二酚和L-(-)-甲磺酰乳酸甲酯为原料,碳酸钾为缚酸剂,四丁基溴化胺作为相转移催化剂合成了精盖草能;考察了反应物料配比、反应时间、溶剂种类和催化剂用量对收率的影响;采用液相色谱,红外分析等手段确认了产物结构。经改进后的合成工艺精盖草能收率达到91.4%,e.e值91.2%。

Improvements on the Preparation of R-(+)-Haloxyfop-methyl

Abstract:R-(+)-haloxyfop-methyl was prepared in 91.4% yield (91.2% e.e.) from 2,3-dichloro-5-trifluoromethyl pyridine,p-dihydroxybenzene and L-(-)-methyl methylsulfonyl lactate. Tetra-butyl ammonium bromide and anhydrous potassium carbonate were used as the phase transfer catalyst and the acid-bound reagent,respectively. The affects of reaction conditions were studied. The product was confirmed with HPLC and IR.
