4,4-二甲基噁唑烷-2-硫酮的合成

摘 要:开发了 4,4-二甲基噁唑烷-2-硫酮的新工艺:将2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇与二硫化碳加成的中间体溶于水,合成在水相中环合,可避免因二硫化碳的挥发而导致的吸入中毒,以及因过量的二硫化碳引起的杂质增加。通过在水中冷却结晶直接得到高纯度产品(99.3%),收率从40%提高到68%。

A Facile Preparation of 4,4-Dimethyloxazolidine-2-thione

Abstract:A new process for the preparation of 4,4-dimethyloxazolidine-2-thione was developed that the product from the condensation of 2-amino-2-methylpropanol with carbon disulfide was dissolved into water,followed by cyclization in aqueous NaOH solution. This technique avoided the toxic vaporous carbon disulfide and extra impurities. The product yield was increased from 40% to 68% with purity of 99.3%.
