三氧化二锰氧化法合成对氟苯甲醛的绿色工艺

摘 要:二氧化锰焙烧制得的三氧化二锰作氧化剂,在硫酸溶液中氧化对氟甲苯合成对氟苯甲醛。优化工艺条件为n(对氟甲苯)∶n(三氧化二锰)=2.5∶2,反应温度80℃,硫酸浓度为55%。反应混合物颜色转变成白色即反应终点。产品收率约54%,纯度在97%以上。工艺中油-水-固三相可回收、循环使用,不产生三废,符合绿色化工生产工艺的要求。

Green Preparation of p-Fluorobenzaldehyde by Oxidation of p-Fluorotoluene with Mn2O3

Abstract:p-Fluorotoluene was oxidized to p-fluorobenzaldehyde in sulfuric acid solution with manganese sesquioxide as the oxidant which was obtained from manganese dioxide calcination. The optimum conditions were achieved as n(p-fluorobenzene) ∶ n(Mn2O3)=2.5∶2,reaction temperature 80℃,concentration of sulfuric acid 55%. The reaction completed when the color of the mixture turns to white. The yield of the product was about 54% with purity above 97%. The three phases of oil-aqueous-solid in this process can be recovered and back to the reaction system,without any wastes disposed of.
