气相色谱法测定单乙醇胺废液中单乙醇胺含量

摘 要:采用气相色谱法分离单乙醇胺废液中单乙醇胺和其它杂质。方法采用HP-5色谱柱,标准曲线外标法测定单乙醇胺含量。单乙醇胺在1.61~17.73 mg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,回归方程:y=0.277 6x-66.526 4,相关系数为0.999 8。平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。此方法简单、准确,便于单乙醇胺废液中单乙醇胺含量的测定。

Determination of MEA in Monoethanolamine Waste Solution by Gas Chromatography

Abstract:An efficient GC method for the determination of MEA and other impurities in waste monoethanolamine solution was established with HP-5 column based on external standard calibration curves. The linear range of the method was from 1.61 to 17.73 mg/mL for MEA. The regression equation was y=0.277 6×x-66.526 4 with r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 99.20% with RSD 0.65% (n=6).
