吡氟草胺原药毛细管气相色谱分析 |

摘 要:采用气相色谱仪、HP-5毛细管色谱柱、氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),对除草剂吡氟草胺原药样品进行定量分析。结果表明:吡氟草胺浓度为0.41~51.5 μg/mL范围内,方法线性相关系数为0.99998,精密度实验的相对标准偏差为0.14%,平均回收率为99.74%。 |

A Quantitative Analysis of Diflufenican TC by Capillary Gas Chromatography |

Abstract:A quantitative gas chromatographic method adopting FID and HP-5 capillary column has been developed for the determination of the diflufenican TC. The assay exhibited a good linearity in diflufenican concentration range from 0.41 to 51.5 μg/mL,with correlation coefficient of 0.999 98. The variation coefficient and average recovery were 0.14% and 99.74%,respectively. |
