塞克硝唑的工艺改进 |

| 摘 要：通过比较对塞克硝唑不同的合成路线，选择了一条适合工业化生产塞克硝唑的路线。对该合成路线进行了优化，采用三氟化硼乙醚作为催化剂，考察催化剂用量，提高了收率，减少了副反应。对化合物的结构进行了确证。 |

| Improved Synthesis of Secnidazole |

| Abstract：A route suitable for industrial production of secnidazole was improved，in which boron trifluoride etherate was used in replacing sulfuric acid as the catalyst. The process afforded the target product in a higher yield and with less by-products compared to traditional methods. The compound structure was confirmed with 1H NMR. |
