2-氨基-4-氯吡啶的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以4-氯吡啶-2-甲酸甲酯为起始原料，经过肼解、重氮化及重排反应合成了2-氨基-4-氯吡啶，3步反应总收率68.56%。产品经1H NMR和MS表征。该方法具有操作简单等优点，适合工业化生产。 |

| Study on Synthesis of 2-Amino-4-chloropyridine |

| Abstract：2-Amino-4-chloropyridine was synthesized in three steps in an overall yield of 68.5% using methyl 4-chloropicolinate as the starting material. The structure of the product was confirmed with 1H NMR and MS. The process is simple and feasible to large scale preparation. |
