微波合成2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮

摘 要:以2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)及碳酸二甲酯(DMC)为原料,微波合成2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(UV-9)。利用正交实验设计法对影响收率诸因素进行了考察,通过红外、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对产物结构进行表征。运用社会科学统计软件包(SPSS)进行实验数据处理,确定优化工艺条件,与常规加热反应相比,采用微波法缩短了反应时间,产物收率达到了74.38%。

Synthesis of 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone under Microwave

Abstract:2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (UV-9) was synthesized from 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone (UV-0) and dimethyl carbonate(DMC) under microwave. The orthogonal test method was adopted to explore the influences of various factors on the yield of UV-9. The structure of UV-9 was characterized by IR,1H NMR and MS. The statistical package for the social science(SPSS) was used to process the experimental data and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. Compared with the conventional heating reaction, microwave reduced the reaction time and the yield of product was increased to 74.48%.
