摘　要：以邻碘苯酚为原料，通过Sonogashira交叉偶联反应以及环化反应，选择性合成了2-苯基-3-溴苯并呋喃。在优化反应条件下，反应总收率为91.1 %，产物结构经1H NMR和MS确证。

Study on the Synthesis of 3-Bromo-2-phenylbenzofuran

Abstract：3-Bromo-2-phenylbenzofuran was synthesized via Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction and cyclization from 2-iodophenol. Under optimum conditions，the target compound was produced in overall yield of 91.1%，and its structure was characterized with 1H NMR and MS spectra.
