酪氨酸-银(I)的反应及其合成研究

摘 要:研究了酪氨酸同银(I)离子间的反应以及在微乳液体系中合成了酪氨酸-银固态物种,并用红外光谱进行了结构表征。研究了反应条件等对酪氨酸-银(I)反应的影响。结果表明,酪氨酸-银(I)反应的优化条件为:pH=5.0左右,酪氨酸浓度为2.4 mmol/L,SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)浓度为0.32%,硝酸二氨合银浓度为1.2 mmol/ L,甲醛浓度为0.015%,硼砂浓度为3.6 mmol/L,反应时间90 min,光照度>600 Lux。并通过电泳法测定了酪氨酸-银体系带正电荷,双电层的电动电位为+1.17×10-4 V。

Study on the Synthesis of Tyrosine-silver(I)

Abstract:The reaction of tyrosine and silver(I) ion have been studied. The particle of tyrosine-Ag(I) was synthesized in a micro emulsion and characterized by IR spectra. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the reaction were as follows:pH=5.0,concentration of Tyr,SDS,Ag(NH3)NO3,HCHO and Na2B4O7 were 2.4 mmol/L,0.32%,1.2 mmol/L,0.015% and 3.6 mmol/L,respectively,and reaction time 90 min,illumination>600 Lux. By electrophoresis,tyrosine-silver system was detected to be positive charge and the electrokinetic potential of double electrode layer was +1.17×10-4 V.
