黑液-硅藻土共沉物在丁腈橡胶与丁苯橡胶中的应用研究

摘 要:通过絮凝-酸沉降法制备了一种复合补强剂——黑液-硅藻土共沉物(CLD),将其分别与丁腈橡胶(NBR)和丁苯橡胶(SBR)机械共混制得NBR/CLD与SBR/CLD复合材料。考察了CLD的含量对橡胶复合材料硫化特性、交联密度、力学性能、热氧老化性能以及热性能的影响。结果表明:随着CLD的加入,焦烧时间与正硫化时间逐渐降低,硫化速度逐渐提高;交联密度逐渐增加;力学性能逐渐增强;但老化性能及热性能没有得到改善。

Study on Application of Co-precipitate of Lignin and Diatomite in Acrylonitrile-butadiene Rubber and Styrene-butadiene Rubber

Abstract:A synthetic reinforcing agent,co-precipitate of lignin and diatomite(CLD) was prepared by means of coagulation and acid precipitation,and then acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)/CLD and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)/CLD composites were prepared by blending NBR or SBR with CLD under mechanical mixing. The effects of the loading of CLD on curing characteristics,cross-linking densities,mechanical properties,thermal properties and thermo-oxidative ageing properties were evaluated. The results showed the scorch time and optimum cure time were reduced and a remarkable enhancement in cross-linking densities and mechanical properties was observed,however,the thermal oxidative ageing properties decreased with the increase of CLM loading.
