噻虫胺原药的高效液相色谱分析 |

| 摘 要：采用高效液相色谱法，使用C18（ODS）柱和二极管阵列检测器，以甲醇+水为流动相，对噻虫胺原药中有效成分进行分离和外标法定量。结果表明方法的线性相关系数为0.999 98；标准偏差为0.23；变异系数为0.24%；回收率为99.86%～100.70%。 |

| Analysis of Clothianidin by HPLC |

| Abstract：This paper described a method for the separation and quantitative analysis of the clothianidin by HPLC. Results showed that the linear correlation coefficient，the standard deviation，the variation coefficient and the recovery rate were 0.999 98，0.22，0.22% and 99.86%~100.70%，respectively. |
