碳酸钾催化酮亚胺的硅腈化反应研究

摘 要:研究确定了反应的优化条件:碳酸钾用量为0.05(n/n),TMSCN用量为2.0(n/n),反应溶剂为无水甲醇,酮亚胺浓度为0.4 mol/L,反应温度为室温(25℃)。此优化条件下反应收率达91%~99%。

Study on Cyanosilylation of Ketoimines Catalized by Potassium Carbonate

Abstract:α-Amino acids are essential to human. The products of cyanosilylation of ketoimines are the precursors of α,α-dialkyl amino acids. It is one of the cheapest and available methods to synthesize α-amino acids. Many factors affecting the cyanosilylation of ketoimines,including inorganic salts,solvent,concentration,loading of catalyst,were investigated and optimized. Under the conditions of 5%(mol) of K2CO3,2.0 equivalent of TMSCN,0.4 mol/L of ketoimine and temperature of 25℃ in methanol,the products were obtained in 91%~99% yield.
