AlCl_3/D_(72)树脂催化合成水杨酸甲酯的研究

摘 要:用AlCl3/D72 作催化剂 ,合成水杨酸甲酯研究了催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、醇酸比对反应的影响 ,确定了反应优惠条件、催化剂用量为 1% (与原料水杨酸的质量比 )、反应时间 3h、反应温度 65~ 70℃、醇酸比 3~ 4∶1(mol/mol不加带水剂 )或 1.5~ 2∶1(mol/mol加带水剂 ) ,收率大于 92 %

Abstract:The synthesis of methyl salicylate, AlCl 3/D 72 Resin as catalyst,the influences of Catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and the ratio of alcohol to acid on synthetising methyl salicylate were studied.
