C9芳烃溶剂油的制备

摘 要:以沸程为140~196℃乙烯副产C9馏分为原料,探讨了自由基聚合和Lewis酸为催化剂的催化聚合两段聚合法,制备C9芳烃溶剂油的工艺条件,以及白土精制C9芳烃溶剂油的精制条件。结果表明:采用自由基和阳离子催化两段聚合,在引发剂用量为0.01%、催化剂为1.5%、反应时间4.5 h(自由基聚合1.0 h,催化聚合3.5 h)、反应温度60℃的条件下,C9芳烃溶剂油的收率可达到70%以上;在白土用量为4%、精制时间为30 min、精制温度为50℃的精制条件下,精制后C9芳烃溶剂油的色度较佳。

The Preparation of Aromatic Solvent Oil

Abstract:Preparation of C9 aromatic solvent oil and its purification with clay were studied. The C9 fraction from ethylene production with the boiling point range of 140~196℃ was used as the starting material and free radical polymerization and Lewis acid catalytic polymerization were applied. Results showed that under optimum conditions the solvent oil was obtained in over 70% yield with the best whiteness value.
