超声波对盐基胶体钯活性及稳定性的影响

摘 要:通过测量混合电位和考察催化化学镀铜效果,研究了超声波对盐基胶体钯活性及稳定性的影响。结果表明,超声波作用时间为0~20 min时,随着超声时间的增加,配置的胶体钯活化液的诱导时间缩短,活性增加,镀铜效果好,随后超声的效果趋缓。超声波作用后的盐基胶体钯180 d后仍然保持良好的活性,稳定性好。

Effect of Ultrasonic on the Activity and Stability of Salt-based Colloid Palladium

Abstract:The effect of ultrasonic on the activity and stability of salt-based colloid palladium was investigated by measuring the mixed potential and the catalytic effect on electroless copper-plating. The results showed that during the first period of 20 minutes of ultrasonic treatment,the induction time of activation reaction of the colloid palladium shortened as the ultrasonic time increased. By the mean time,its catalytic activity and the quality of the copper plating film improved. No obvious improvement was observed after 20 min. After being activated with ultrasonic,the salt-based colloid palladium can retain good activity and stability for 180 days.
