水杨醛缩芳胺类Schiff碱的无溶剂法合成及其光学性质

摘 要:以水杨醛和取代苯胺为原料,在无溶剂条件下合成了一系列Schiff碱,该方法不仅收率高(82%~95%),而且反应时间短,对环境污染少。用1H NMR、13C NMR和IR等对产物结构进行了确证。同时还研究了这类Schiff碱的紫外和荧光性质,化合物均具有较强的荧光发射光谱,发射峰值波长(λem)在470~524 nm。当苯环邻、对位引入供电子基时,发射波长明显红移,而当间位引人供电子基时,发射波长蓝移。苯环上引入吸电子取代基时,发射波长蓝移。

Solvent-free Synthesis and Optical Properties of Schiff Bases Derived from Salicylaldehyde and Substituted Anilines

Abstract:A series of Schiff bases were synthesized in 82%~95% yields from salicylaldehyde and substituted anilines in solvent-free systems. All the obtained compounds were characterized with 1H NMR,13C NMR and IR. Their UV-Vis and fluorescent properties were also studied,which demonstrated that the Schiff bases showed stronger fluorescence intensity at em = 470~524 nm. When an electron-donating group was introduced at the ortho- or para- position on the benzene ring,a red-shifted em was observed,while at the meta- position induced a blue-shifted em. When an electron-withdrawing group was introduced onto the benzene ring,a blue-shifted emwas observed.
