原位聚合法制备微胶囊香精及其表征

摘 要:以热固性脲醛树脂为囊材,茉莉香精为嚢芯,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为分散剂,采用原位聚合法对液体状茉莉香精进行包覆改性,制得流动性好的粉末状微胶囊改性香精。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析(TG)等对其结构、形貌和热性能进行了分析和表征。结果表明,液体状香精被完全包覆,形貌完整,具有明显的缓释性能。

Preparation and Characterization of Microencapsulated Fragrance by In-situ Polymerization

Abstract:Microencapsulated jasmine perfume was prepared by in-situ polymerization,in which thermosetting urea-formaldehyde resin was chosen as the shell material and SDS as the emulsifier. The obtained microcapsules were characterized in terms of morphology,chemical structure and thermal properties by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and thermogravimetry(TG). Results showed that the oil-soluble fragrance was encapsulated completely and therefore its release rate decreased evidently.
