造纸黑液-蒙脱土/顺丁橡胶复合材料的制备及其结构和性能研究

摘 要:采用共沉淀-脱水法制备了黑液-蒙脱土(BL-MMT)新型复合填料,并将其与顺丁橡胶(BR)机械共混制备了BL-MMT/BR复合材料。对复合材料进行了XRD、SEM、DSC和TGA分析,并研究了复合材料的热氧老化性能和力学性能。XRD和SEM结果表明BL-MMT在复合材料中分散明显优于纯MMT,与橡胶的相容性更好;DSC结果显示BL-MMT复合填料的加入形成了结合胶并促进了BR结晶,由于MMT的良好分散以及结合胶和结晶的形成,BR的力学性能、热氧老化性能和热稳定性得到了显著提高。BL-MMT制备工艺环保,是一种具有应用前景的橡胶补强剂。

Study on Preparation,Structure and Properties of Black Liquor-montmorillonite Complexes/BR Composites

Abstract:A novel rubber filler,black liquor-montmorillonite complex(BL-MMT),was prepared by dehydration of a mixture of montmorillonite and black liquor and used in the preparation of cis-butadiene rubber(BR)composites by mechanical mixing method. The BL-MMT/BR composites were characterized using XRD,TEM,DSC and TGA. The mechanical and aging properties of composites were also tested. Experimental results of XRD and SEM indicated that BL-MMT was well-dispersed in the rubber because of the presence of lignin. The results of DSC indicated that the bound rubber had formed in BR composites and the crystallization of BR was induced due to the addition of BL-MMT. The mechanical and aging properties of composites were greatly improved due to the well-dispersion of MMT and the formation of bound rubber and crystallization. All experimental results indicated that this BL-MMT complex could be a promising reinforcing agent in rubber for environment benefits.
