帕拉米韦制备过程中手性杂质的控制 |

| 摘 要：在帕拉米韦制备过程中，结合工艺中的过程控制来综合控制终产品的光学纯度是十分必要的。从引入手性中心的关键步骤入手，分析可能产生的手性杂质的结构，并通过定向合成、柱层析等方法进行了杂质的制备与纯化，同时采用HPLC、LC-MS等分析手段实现了手性杂质与光学中间体的有效分离，在关键步骤制定了严格的光学纯度控制标准，有效地控制了产品的光学纯度。 |

| Chiral Impurity Control in Synthesis of Peramivir |

| Abstract：To effectively improve the enantio purity of peramivir during its preparation，the possible chiral impurities arised from the critical steps of the procedure were selectively synthesized and purified by column separation. The separation of the impurities from the chiral intermediates was investigated and succeeded by HPLC and LC-MS. |
