超声波提取五倍子单宁酸的研究

摘 要:进行了超声波强化提取五倍子单宁酸的工艺研究,并通过对正交实验结果的回归分析,优化了单宁酸提取工艺。结果表明适宜超声提取工艺条件为:液料质量比37.1∶1,提取时间57 min,超声功率842 W,提取温度27.4℃。在优化超声提取工艺条件下,单宁酸的提取率达到93.5%,比常规提取率提高了28.4%。

Research on Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Tannin Acid in Chinese Gall

Abstract:The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of tannin acid in Chinese Gall was studied. According to the quadratic orthogonal regression,the results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of solvent to solid was 37.1∶1(m/m),the extraction time was 57 min,the extraction temperature was 27.4℃,the ultrasonic power was 842 W. Under the optimized techniques,the extraction ratio of tannin acid was up to 93.5%.
