三氮唑葡萄糖苷化白杨素衍生物的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以葡萄糖、炔丙基溴和白杨素为原料，利用“Click chemistry”将糖基化三氮唑药效基团巧妙地引入白杨素分子结构中，得到一种三氮唑葡萄糖苷化白杨素衍生物，反应条件温和，操作简便，收率较高。产物结构经1H NMR、IR、EI-MS和元素分析确认。 |

| Synthesis of Chrysin Derivatives Linked with Glycosyltriazole |

| Abstract：A chrysin derivative linked with glycosyltriazole was synthesized using glucose，propargyl bromide and chrysin as the starting materials via“click chemistry”. This route has advantages of mild reaction conditions，simple procedures and high yield. The structure of the product was characterized by 1H NMR，IR，EI-MS and elemental analysis. |
