摘　要：建立了萘普生中间体 1 (6 甲氧基 2 萘基 )乙醇的高效液相色谱分析方法。流动相 :甲醇 +水 =80 + 2 0 (v/v ) ,在C18柱上UV 2 38nm下测定其含量 ,方法精密度为 0 19,变异系数为 0 2 7% ,回收率在 98 5 %～ 10 0 4 %之间

Determination of 1-(6-methoxy-naphthyl) ethanol by HPLC.

Abstract：A method was developed for determination of the intermediates 1 (6 methoxy naphthyl) ethanol in the syntheses of Naporoxen by HPLC. The sample was detected on ODS column taking methanol and water of 80∶20(v/v) as mobile phase at UV 238nm, The precision was 0.19 with RSD 0.27% and the recovery 98.5%～100.4%.
