联苯肼酯在柑橘和土壤中的残留动态研究

摘 要:研究了联苯肼酯在柑橘和土壤中的残留与降解动态,两年(2011~2012)三地(湖南、浙江、广西)残留实验初步得出原始沉积量(药后2 h)和降解半衰期分别为0.113~0.887 mg/kg和0.23~1.54 D。尽管联苯肼酯在柑橘中的降解比在土壤中慢,但联苯肼酯属于低残留、易降解农药。

Dynamic Analysis of Bifenazate Residue in Citrus and Soil

Abstract:A field experiment was conducted in three provinces to reveal the dissipation rate and the residue of bifenazate in citrus and soil. The bifenazate was analyzed with HPLC-DAD. The average recoveries of bifenazate were 80.47%~ 97.86% in citrus and 86.29%~98.93% in soil with relative standard deviations of 2.62%~7.32% and 4.85%~6.89%,respectively. Bifenazate degraded more rapidly in soil than in citrus. The half-lives in citrus and in soil were 1.91~3.05 d and 0.73~1.54 d,respectively. These results suggested that bifenazate is a kind of low residual and easily dissipated fungicide.
