农药副产废盐渣的无害化处理及利用

摘 要:农药生产过程产生大量副产废盐,严重制约农药行业的发展。利用湖南化工研究院专利技术建立了一套1万t/a规模农药副产盐渣处理装置,处理后的盐(20%水溶液)COD值为83.5 mg/L,毒性检测属Ⅲ类,为低毒化学品,且处理过程不产生二次污染达到无害化处理的目的。产品盐可以用于建材添加剂等工业领域,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,也为其他化工副产废盐的无害化处理及资源化利用提供依据。

Innocuous Treatment and Recycling of Waste Salts Formed in Pesticides Production

Abstract:Every year a large amount of waste salts are formed during the production of pesticides,which put a high pressure on the environment. We have established a plant (annual capacity 10,000 tons)for the innocuous treatment of the waste salts based on the patent technology developed by Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry. After treatment the salt (20% aqueous solution)contains COD of 83.5 mg/L,and can be reused as building material additives. This treatment process does not produce secondary pollution,and has good economic and social environmental benefits.
