摘　要：农药生产过程产生大量副产废盐，严重制约农药行业的发展。利用湖南化工研究院专利技术建立了一套1万t／a规模农药副产盐渣处理装置，处理后的盐（20%水溶液）COD值为83.5 mg／L，毒性检测属Ⅲ类，为低毒化学品，且处理过程不产生二次污染达到无害化处理的目的。产品盐可以用于建材添加剂等工业领域，具有较好的经济效益和社会效益，也为其他化工副产废盐的无害化处理及资源化利用提供依据。

Innocuous Treatment and Recycling of Waste Salts Formed in Pesticides Production

Abstract：Every year a large amount of waste salts are formed during the production of pesticides，which put a high pressure on the environment. We have established a plant （annual capacity 10，000 tons）for the innocuous treatment of the waste salts based on the patent technology developed by Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry. After treatment the salt （20% aqueous solution）contains COD of 83.5 mg／L，and can be reused as building material additives. This treatment process does not produce secondary pollution，and has good economic and social environmental benefits.
